While the world is heading in the direction of automating every process, safety cannot be. Our world is accessible from anywhere and technology has given us the ability to do almost anything with the push of a button. This is also true for safety programs within organizations. There’s an app for almost anything you need to know and do. The ease of access to information with the click of a button does wonders for the knowledge of our workforce. However, we need to remember that directly communicating with your workers, providing hands on coaching and guidance is what will make your safety program the most successful.
